Good evening families, Sorry for the later blog post we experienced some techical issues in my area last night. Huge thank you to all the families this last week for arranging a time to come and chat with me about your son or daughter it was awesome to connect with you all. During our Social Studies unit and through our literacy tasks we have been building our understanding of "Belonging". Specifically,, we have looked at one special community that we belong to, our Family. Through reading stories, classroom discussions, and sharing circles, grade ones have added to their understanding of our family community. Some of our learning intentions for last week were focused on Social studies. Our Learning intentions for this work was: I can identify which groups I belong to.
